Anji is the hometown of bamboo, which is famous for the green hills, clean water and clear air. As time goes by, Anji is becoming more and more developed. And people are living a richer and richer life. As a girl grown up in such a nice place.  I feel really happy at the sight of this. But with the rapid progress of economy, our living environment is getting  polluted at the same time.

For example, People use plastic bags because they are convenient, but they throw the plastics away, paying no attention to the environment. The more convenience plastics bring to us, the more plastic waste is produced. So why not use bamboo baskets to replace the plastic bags?

In our city, we can see many buses and cars going here and there. The waste gas polluted the air and the polluted air does great harm to our health. In my opinion, buses are too crowded, taxi fares and private cars  are too estravagant, so why not ride bicycles or promote the idea of car-sharing. Cycling is a good form of exercise. And car-sharing can help us save money and have a bit of company. Also it brings us closer., helps us form friendship. And the most important point is that car-sharing reduces the risk of air pollution.

Still more measures should be taken to solve the problems. People are used to cooking food using burning coal, so there left the burned coal, which is harmful, The sun gives us the energy we can use nearly forever. Why not use the solar energy to cook?

We don`t use the one-time tablewares as much as possible. we could save more trees and they can supply more fresh air to us. As a result, Big forests have been saved, animals saved.

To solve environment protection problem could start from many aspects. And in my opinion, our government is playing the most important role. They should let people fully realize the importance of environmental protection through education. Those who destroy the environment intentionally should be severely punished. We should let everyone know that destroying environment means destroying mankind ourselves

So let`s try to do it. To cherish the environment is to LOVE ourselves. It`s time for us to do something to heal the environment problems. Everyone has a role in making our hometown-Anji the best place to live in.
